F.E. Warren to conduct base exercise Published Oct. 30, 2015 By 011015 FRANCIS E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- Base employees and visitors may experience gate delays, temporary facility closures and interruptions to certain services related to a base exercise planned from Nov. 2 - Nov. 10. Most base operations will continue as scheduled during this time with minimal disruptions, but personnel should expect periods of enhanced security and plan ahead for possible delays throughout the installation. Exercises are a training requirement that consists of simulated emergency events conducted to test a base's response capabilities for real-world emergencies. We ask our mission partners and community members for patience and understanding as these exercises provide vital evaluations and ensure emergency response forces are able to effectively manage crisis events.
