Skip the line; Pre-Enroll for Base Passes

Instead of having to physically come to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) or the gate, sponsors can obtain a DVES pass via email. Information must be submitted 3 business days prior to needing the pass.
1. Sponsor or guest will pre-enroll in DBIDS to obtain QR code unique to visitor (one per guest)
2. Sponsor will email the 1) Visitor Pass Request Form; 2) the QR code from Step 1; 3) front and back pictures of the Visitor’s *REAL ID Compliant ID to Pass and Identification or in-person to Bldg. 290.
3. VCC will conduct a background check
4. Visitor Pass will be created and emailed to sponsor
5. Visitor will present the ‘Visitor Pass’ with the REAL ID Compliant ID to the gate guard for base access
*REAL ID goes into effect May 7, 2025.
