AFSA presents the Matthew Schwartz scholarship
Brittany Singhas receives the Tech. Sgt. Matthew Schwartz scholarship from Tech. Sgt. Jonathon Parker, Air Force Sergeants Association F.E. Warren Chapter 1178 president, at the start of an AFSA meeting in the Trail’s End Club, Oct. 10, 2013. The $250 scholarship, named for an F.E. Warren explosive ordinance technician who was killed-in-action in 2012, was awarded to the University of Wyoming student based on an application package which included an essay on Americanism. Tech. Sgt. Jonathon Parker, Air Force Sergeants Association F.E. Warren Chapter 1178 president, presents Brittany Singhas with a mock-up of the check she was awarded the Tech. Sgt. Matthew Schwartz scholarship during an AFSA meeting in the Trail’s End Club, Oct. 10, 2013. The $250 scholarship, named for an F.E.
