Col. Christopher Coffelt, 90th Missile Wing commander, presents the Air Force Global Strike Command Maintenance Effectiveness Award, missile/munitions maintenance unit, to Staff Sgt. Thomas Pierce and Airman 1st Class Mihail Isvanca, 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron, in the wing conference room, Aug. 22., as Col. Don Adams, 90th Maintenance Group commander, looks on. Lt. Col.
