90 OSS earns best overall ICBM operations award
The Airmen of the 90th Operations Support Squadron pose for a group photo while holding the Col. Lowell F. McAdoo Award for the most outstanding intercontinental ballistic missile operations for 2020 on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, Nov. 23. 2021. The squadron earned this by executing 364 nuclear orders and 8,700 alert hours during the pandemic. Also, they organized and led the Air Force's first and only drive-in airshow with 4,500 people in attendance while ensuring the health and safety of its spectators.
