Brig. Gen. Colin J. Connor, Air Force Global Strike Command Director of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Modernization, speaks with Katie Rediske, assigned to the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron, at the annual Joint Engineers Conference in Helena, Mont.
