F.E. Warren will host its annual open house, Fort D.A. Russell Days, July 17-19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to provide community members an opportunity to learn about the base's mission and history.

All events during the three-day open house are open to the public and include historic military presentations, security forces dog demonstrations, modern ICBM mission displays, period style dances and high noon gun fights.

Tours of our trainers will also be available. The tour will consist of visiting the Missile Procedures Trainer (a mockup of the Launch Control Center, where missileers work) and the Uniform-01 Training Facility (a mockup of a Launch Facility, where the missile is housed). Participants can also tour a UH-1N helicopter, the Warren ICBM & Heritage Museum and maintenance vehicles.

On July 19, the Warren Spouses' and Balfour Beatty Communities Historic Homes and Warren ICBM & Heritage Museum Tours are scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Three of the National Register Historic homes will be open for viewers. Interested individuals must sign-up at the open house in the tour tent.

People interested in attending any of the events may access the base through Gate 1 off of Randall Avenue. Please remain in the far right lane when entering the base. All adults must have a photo I.D. and all vehicles are subject to random checks by security forces personnel. Parking will be alongside Schriever Road.
