Thunderbirds to return for Wings over Wyoming

The skies over Cheyenne will come alive during the Wings Over Wyoming Air Show on Saturday, July 26, 2025, hosted by F.E. Warren Air Force Base and the Wyoming Air National Guard.

The event will take place on the Wyoming Air National Guard flightline and is free and open to the public. Gates open at 6:30 a.m., and the show will kick off at 10:30 a.m.

Headlining this year’s event is the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, the Air Force’s premier aerial demonstration team. Additional performances will include various aerial demonstrations and flyovers.

This family-friendly event will also feature static aircraft displays and a variety of food and beverage vendors. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, sunscreen, and hearing protection, and to check the base website for a complete list of recommended, permitted, and prohibited items.

  • Security screening will be in effect, and all bags are subject to search.

Visitors can expect thrilling maneuvers, precision flight, and a patriotic display of airpower and service.
