F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- U.S. Air Force Col. Terrance Holmes will assume command of the 90th Missile Wing from Col. Johnny Galbert during a change of command ceremony scheduled for 10 a.m., June 12, 2025, at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.
Holmes currently serves as the Inspector General for Air Force Global Strike Command at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. Upon assuming command, he will lead the 90th Missile Wing and take on the responsibilities of installation commander for F.E. Warren AFB.
