Col. John Grimm, 90th Security Forces Group commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Brian Lewis, 90th SFG chief enlisted manager, run during the Police Week 5k, May 14, 2018, on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. More than thirty Airmen came out to support Police Week by participating in the run. In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week.
