Wisdom teeth are no match

Lt. Col. Curt Hayes, 90th Medical Group oral surgeon, prepares a patient to have their wisdom teeth removed at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., Jan. 16, 2018. Wisdom teeth are typically removed due to the pain they may cause or the impact on the surrounding teeth. The procedure is performed with a time-released pain reliever and Tylenol, reducing the need for narcotics and allowing the patient to return to work in approximately three days.
