Col. Stephen Kravitsky, 90th Missile Wing commander, congratulates an Airman after the Coining Ceremony at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 23. The coining ceremony, during which Airmen receive their first military coin from their military training instructor, is one of the culminating events of a seven and a half week rigorous training program which all enlisted Airmen must complete upon entering the military. Kravitsky and a group of noncommissioned officers from F.E. Warren AFB, Wyo., participated in a two-day tour of BMT during which they attended the Airman’s Run, Coining Ceremony and Graduation Parade as well as tours of the newest training facilities on the installation.
