Running clinic helps speed up Airmen

Base personnel perform a squat stretch during a natural running form clinic at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., Oct. 6, 2016. More than 50 people signed up for this one-day course, to improve their running. “I brought this course here to help Airmen improve their run times and decrease risk of injury during their physical training test.” said Alison Morrell, 90th Medical Operations Squadron health promotion coordinator. “I think it’s important to understand a well-rounded fitness program for overall health and longevity.” (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
