FIP: "Making the world's best Air Force better"

Airman 1st Class Emanuel Williams, 90th Missile Security Forces Squadron, and Senior Airman Stephen Carlson, 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron, ponder about their thoughts on the Force Improvement Program. FIP is an aggressive grass-roots feedback program designed to quickly provide senior Air Force leaders with actionable recommendations for improvement by conducting one-on-one interviews and surveys with Airmen. The feedback received so far has brought changes to a variety of career fields vital to the nuclear deterence mission and has been positively received by those affected.
