New honorary commanders welcomed into program

Col. Tracey Hayes, 90th Missile Wing commander, presents Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen with an honorary commander certificate March 20, 2014, at the Trail’s End Club. This is Kaysen’s second time participating in the Honorary Commander Program. The program brings together members of the Cheyenne community and helps F.E. Warren commanders keep a pulse on the community concerns. The purpose of the Honorary Commanders Program is to increase public awareness and understanding of the Air Force and the mission, policies, programs and people of the F.E. Warren AFB.
