Different community members from Cheyenne, Wyo., and Fort Collins, Colo., board a KC-135 Stratotanker at the Wyoming Air Nation Guard airfield Aug. 22 for a chance to witness an in-flight refueling. Six F-16 Fighting Falcons from Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., participated in the event.
