Capt. Jutta Cortes, 90th Space Wing plans and programs, won best of show in the beadwork category at the Veterans Administration Medical Center Creative Arts Festival Feb. 19. Captain Cortes created this Harp Seal Amulet Bag while deployed to Iraq. The seal represents the helplessness of good people oppressed by terrorism.
