Warren’s Biggest Loser contest slimming success

Nearly 23 Warren members participate in a mandatory workout for the Warren’s Biggest Loser competition April 24 in Freedom Hall Fitness Center. The workouts for the day was a series of 35 circuit training stations where each participant uses the station for 30 seconds and moves on to another station. The routine lasted about 30 minutes and was designed to keep them moving for the entire time in order to help them burn body fat (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Chad Thompson).
