Ken Chin, financial services transition team member, speaks to Warren Airmen about how the financial services transition is going to affect Warren and other Air Forces bases during a meeting in the base theater April 26. The Air Force may save almost $200 million by creating a consolidated financial services center at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D. The center is meant to standardize financial services across the Air Force and offer 24-hour customer service. The first transition phase occurs at Warren Oct. 19 through 22.
