AFGSC Outstanding First Sergeant of the Year - Master Sgt. Stephen Hart, a first sergeant assigned to the 90th Civil Engineer Squadron at F. E. Warren, is the Outstanding First Sergeant of the Year. Sergeant Hart partnered with Family Readiness and the United States Army Soldier program to identify health and welfare concerns for Airmen and soldiers. He also orchestrated a fitness regimen for more than 150 Airmen, raising the unit's passing rate from 78 percent to 98 percent.
