CGOC bowling tournament

Senior Airman Matthew Garcia, 790th Security Forces Response Force leader, takes time during his lunch break to bowl and enjoy pizza with fellow Airmen March 29 in Warren Lanes to help raise money for the Company Grade Officers’ Council. Throughout the year, the CGOC supports events like Operation Provide Joy, the wing holiday party, the Annual Awards Banquet, the Cowboy Shuttle and more. First Lt. Jessica Whitney, 90th Comptroller Squadron Financial Analysis Flight commander and CGOC treasurer, organized the fundraiser together with Warren Lanes staff. This fundraising event helps support the base throughout the year, Whitney said. “The goal is to get people out here, have some fun and raise money for the organization,” she added. The CGOC filled the lanes and raised almost $200. Security Forces Airmen, Services Airmen and civilians alike came out to play and help raise money for the base. “We have gotten a lot of support across the ranks on base,” Whitney said. “This event was really successful.” (U.S. Air Force photo by 2nd Lt.
