Competitors Needed: 890th Ammo Can Challenge
Major David Lycan, 890th Missile Security Forces Squadron commander, defends his title as reigning champion in the 890 Ammo Can Challenge during the 890th MSFS Assumption of Command April 9, 2018, at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. The goal of the two-minute challenge is to do as many overhead presses with a 30-pound ammo can, within the time limit. in 2018 the 890 Ammo Can Challenge was created at F.E. Warren AFB to increase fitness levels ad spark a sense of competition within Airmen.
