National Day of Prayer at F.E. Warren
A luncheon was held for the National Day of Prayer on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., May 2, 2018. Keynote speaker Chaplin, Maj. Gen. (Ret) Cecil Richardson, former chief of chaplains, gave a few words on the “Art of Belonging”. The theme of the luncheon and the overall message of Richardson’s words were consistent with one of the priorities of Col.
