Historic HQ building gets facelift
Scaffolding surrounds the outside of Building 210 at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., Nov. 2, 2016 to support ongoing construction. Building 210 was the old Army post headquarters and was constructed in 1894 when the base was previously called Fort D.A. Russell.
