CE improves fish habitat in base lake
The 90th Civil Engineer Squadron installs a solar-powered water circulator, the SolarBee aerator, into North Lake Pearson on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., utilizing a crane from Pavements and Equipment, a boat from Outdoor Recreation and personnel from P&E, Missile Facility Maintenance and the Environmental Element Sept. 18, 2014. The circulator was formally deployed at Buckley AFB, Colo., in Lake Williams, but was no longer needed when the lake was deemed a Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard. (Courtesy photo by Elizabeth McClain)
