Col. Mike Morgan, 90th Space Wing commander, and his wife Terri participated in Cheyenne’s 26th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day march Jan. 21. Hundreds of Cheyenne residents marched from the Cheyenne Union Depot to the capitol despite freezing temperatures.
