The winners are: Senior Airman Jonathan Cobb, 90th Logistics Readiness Squadron, for the Airman category; Tech. Sgt. Joshua Hinsey, 90th Force Support Squadron, for the NCO category; Master Sgt. Donald Gallagher, 90th Security Forces Group Tactical Response Force, for the senior NCO category; Capt. Robert Konowicz, 37th Helicopter Squadron, for the company grade officer category; Airman 1st Class Alexander Helling, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron, for the honor guard category; Marie Leo, 90th Missile Maintenance Squadron, for the civilian category I non-supervisory; Jacqueline Czerwinski, 90th Communications Squadron, for the civilian category II non-supervisory; Jerry Todd, 90th CES, for the civilian category I supervisory; David Austin, 90th Maintenance Operations Squadron, for the civilian category II supervisory; explosive ordnance disposal, 90th CES, for the professional team; Master Sgt.
