Paula Taylor, 90th Missile Wing museum curator, presents the flight jacket of Col. Art Rogers, 90th Bombardment Group commander and inspiration for the Jolly Rogers, on display in the 90th MW museum Nov. 6. The jacket is on display with a photo of Col.
