Warren firefighter commended
Cheyenne Chief of Police Brian Kozak awards Staff Sgt. Brandin McGovern with a commendation during a ceremony Sept. 2, 2020 at the Public Safety Center in Cheyenne, Wyo. McGovern received the commendation for actions detaining an individual who was sexually assaulting others at a local supermarket.
