    Airman 1st Class Amy Demitre, 90th Medical Group dental assistant, returns to her patient after taking an x-ray of a crowned tooth at the dental clinic on F.E. The various tools are prepared by the dental assistant before every appointment and are laid out according to the appointment needs.   • Captain Corey Cook, 90th Medical Group dentist, and Airman 1st Class Amy Demitre, 90th Medical Group dental assistant, scans a patients teeth to make a 3-D photo after removing a silver crown at the dental clinic on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., Dec. 19, 2017. The intraoral scanner allows the crown to be designed, made and placed during one appointment, whereas the old technology would take multiple appointments and temporarily result in the patient becoming non-deployable until the new crown was placed.
