Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation congratulates F.E. Warren Air Force Base residents Alison De la Concepcion and Allison Michele Parsons on their academic scholarship award for the 2014-2015 school year.

"On behalf of the foundation, I would like to congratulate this year's hardworking and dedicated scholarship winners," said Chris Williams, BBC Foundation president. "We are proud to support all recipients and hope that with this assistance they are one step closer to fulfilling their dreams and continuing to grow as young leaders and adults who will have a positive effect on their communities."

Concepcion will be studying special education at the University of New Mexico. Parsons attends Southern Illinois University for clinical study pursuing a degree in medical technology.

The BBC Foundation has awarded 27 academic scholarships to the children of active-duty military for the upcoming 2014-2015 academic school year. As part of the foundation's goal to promote the pursuit of education and a commitment to community leadership, the BBC Foundation awards academic scholarships to well-qualified military housing residents that are high school seniors or undergraduate students attending accredited educational/technical institutions. Qualifying recipients must be family of active-duty military members currently residing in military housing managed by Balfour Beatty Communities.
