BRAT Camp kids explore outdoors

F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- Outdoor Recreation hosted a Basic Recreation Adventure Training camp June 8 through June 12 for children ages seven to ten who were on their summer break from school. Each day of camp played host to a number of activities that got the children to become active and explore some of the outdoor activities the base, here, had to offer as well as the local area.

Activities included hiking in Medicine Bow National Forest, rock climbing in the Vedauwoo Recreation Area, kayaking and canoeing on the base lake, and playing laser tag at the Fall Hall Community Center here.
