With the advent of new endurance training equipment at the 24-hour Independence Hall Fitness Center, endurance training classes and group workouts are being planned to utilize the equipment and offer base members, here, another way to pursue physical resiliency.

Groups typically meet for workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon, and Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 pm. Base members wanting to join a workout can meet up at their preferred time inside the fitness center by the equipment in the front of the indoor-track.

Master Sgt. Ricardo Borecki, 90th Logistics Readiness Squadron first sergeant, and Tech. Sgt. Michael Donohue, 90th Mission Support Group executive assistant, are certified [endurance training] instructors who will be on hand on a limited volunteer basis to lead and provide guidance on group workouts.

In the event of their absence, according to Donohue, it is highly encouraged that participants wanting to utilize the equipment conduct their own thorough research or seek advice from personnel already using the equipment.
