F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- The First Sergeants Council gathered in the Chapel Activity Center to put together Thanksgiving baskets for Airmen Nov. 20, 2015. Each basket was donated to Airmen on base that may need a little help this holiday season.

"Each squadron's leadership nominated Airmen to receive a basket," said Master Sgt. Robert Wilson, 90th Logistics Readiness Squadron first sergeant. "Not all the Airmen were having a financial issue, but we chose them as a way to help them out. The baskets save families at least $75 and receive everything needed for a Thanksgiving meal."

The first sergeants made 125 baskets and delivered them to the Airmen while they worked, surprising them before the weekend.
