I wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving. I believe we have a lot to be thankful for this year and the 90th Missile Wing has shared in many great successes within Air Force Global Strike Command. I am grateful for being lucky enough to be a part of a team devoted to our nation's critical mission in deterrence as well as each other.

Our Airman's Creed states, "I will never leave an Airman behind." Ensure every Airman has a place to go for the holidays and no one is left alone. This is a time to be thankful; take the opportunity to enjoy family and friends.

I recognize the fact that some of our Mighty Ninety Airmen are deployed as well as working on this special holiday. It is because of their service and sacrifice we are all able to enjoy the freedoms we cherish. Do not forget the spouses of our deployed members as they also are making a great sacrifice. It is always difficult to be separated from loved ones, but is even more difficult during the holidays.

I would like to also express my appreciation to the Cheyenne Military Affairs Committee for their great support for our Airmen. The relationship between F. E. Warren and the city of Cheyenne is truly phenomenal.

The Mighty Ninety has much to be thankful for and we are truly blessed! Please be safe while traveling and watch out for one another.

Happy Thanksgiving!
