Angel Tree Program kicks off
The Angel Tree Program kick-off event is Nov. 25 in the Base Exchange. The Angel Tree Program supports F.E. Warrens' military children during the holidays. Show support by visiting the Angel Tree outside the BX, choose an angel off the tree, and purchase a gift for those in need. For more information, call Master Sgt. Victorian Christmas
The Warren ICBM and Heritage Museum is hosting a Victorian Christmas Open House event Nov. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be free crafts for children, a visit from Santa, the opportunity for families to take Christmas pictures and items on sale at the gift shop.

Commisary to scan ID cards
The F.E. Warren Commissary is set to go live with ID card scanning Dec. 4. The Scanning of ID cards will help verify eligibility, determine usage by service and to help better understand  customers to improve the benefit. For more information, please visit commissaries.com.

Breakfast with Santa
The Trail's End Club will be hosting a Breakfast with Santa event Nov. 30. Breakfast is from 8 to 9 a.m. and includes eggs, bacon, French toast stix and more. Santa will arrive at 9 a.m. Tickets are on sale through Nov. 22. Prices for adults are $9 with club membership, $10 without, Children ages 3 thru 11 are $6 with membership, 7 without. Tickets include one digital photo per child.

Donate decorations to dorms
To help dorm residents feel the holiday spirit, dorm management is collecting holiday decorations for the dorms. Please donate used or unwanted decorations - such as artificial trees, lights, tree ornaments, wreaths, and greenery - to the Dorm Manager's office in building 230 on the corner of Randall Ave and Vesle Dr. or call Staff Sgt. Matt Barbett or Mr. Singhas at 773-2163 or 773-2642 to come and pick up the donation.

Cut your own Christmas tree
Outdoor Recreation is hosting a trip to Snowy Range, Wyo., Nov. 30 to pick out and cut down your own Christmas tree. The trip will depart ODR at 8 a.m. for a day of laying in the snow, singing carols and hunting for the perfect tree. Bring lunch, warm clothes and gloves. Cost is $20 and includes a Christmas tree to bring home and hot chocolate. For those not taking a tree, the fee is $10. Fitness on Demand
Fitness on Demand allows the 90th Force Support Squadron to offer more fitness classes without breaking the budget. Another plus to the system is the ability to reserve the Fitness on Demand room for private workouts or for a squadron function. Just find an open time in the schedule and the fitness center staff can reserve the room. A second Fitness on Demand room will be installed in the Independence Hall Fitness Center. Free holiday keepsake for children of deployed
The Arts and Crafts Center offers a free holiday keepsake for the children of deployed service members. Dependents with a deployed parent can stop by the arts and crafts center to receive an ornament or keepsake to send to your loved ones. For more information, call 773-3754 or 773-3166.

Free mental health assessment
Military Pathways is offering a free, anonymous, mental health self-assessment online for veterans, active duty and retired service personnel and their families at www.steptohealing.org. Check on symptoms of depression, post traumatic stress disorder or alcohol abuse. Although the screening cannot provide a diagnosis, it can help determine the need to see a health professional and provides resources on where to get help.

The commissary will be open the following hours for the week of Thanksgiving:
Sunday, Nov. 24 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 25 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. No early bird hours
Tuesday, Nov. 26 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Early bird hours - 7 to 9 a.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 27 - 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Early bird hours - 7 to 9 a.m.
Thursday, Nov. 28 closed for thanksgiving
Friday, Nov. 29 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. No early bird
Saturday, Nov. 30 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

90th MDG Resiliency Classes
The 90th Medical Group offers resiliency classes throughout the month:
· "Substance Abuse Awareness" seminar - offered three times a month on an as needed basis. Call to register and find out when the next class is.
