Financial seminar schedule
The Airman and Family Readiness Center hosts monthly financial seminars in Bldg. 207. The following is the schedule for the next few months.
Aug 6 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Better Business Bureau, identity theft, scams and frauds
Sept. 9 from noon to 1:30 p.m. - Warren Federal Credit Union, Thrift Savings Plan and savings
Oct. 17 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. - Housing Office, home buying seminar

Operation Back to School
The 24th Annual Operation Back to School drive has begun accepting school supply donations for those less fortunate. A collection bin has been placed outside the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University room, room 21, in the Education and Training Center, Bldg. 841. The youth center is hosting a camping trip to Yellowstone National Park for teens Aug. 5 through Aug. 9. Cost is $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Space is limited. For more information or to RSVP, call the teen center at 773-2564.

Gold panning adventure
Outdoor recreation is hosting a gold panning adventure Aug. 16. Cost is $20 and includes transportation, equipment and a guide. Bring food for lunch. For more information, call Outdoor Rec. at 773-2988.

End of Summer party
The Youth Center is hosting an end of summer party Aug. 22 in front of the Youth Center. The party will include a kid's mud run, a slip-n-slide, a "drive-in" movie and more. For more information, call 773-2564.

Wyoming primary is coming
Wyoming will hold its primary on Aug. 19. Wyoming residents wishing to vote absentee may register and request an absentee ballot using the Federal Post Card Application found at www.FVAP.gov. Complete and sign the form then send the FPCA to the local election official by Aug. 4. For more information, visit www.fvpa.gov/wyoming

90th MDG offers sports physicals
Eligible patients needing a sports physical screening can visit the F.E. Warren Medical Treatment Facility. The 90th Medical Group has many available appointments during regularly scheduled clinic hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To schedule a physical, call the appointment line at 773-3461. Sports physical appointments will be open to TRICARE Prime (enrolled at the clinic or off base), and TRICARE Standard enrollees. Space is limited.

Compensation preferences
The Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission is accepting input on the comment section on their public web site, www.mcrmc.gov. Written comments may also be mailed to the Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission, P.O. Box 13170, Arlington, VA. 22209.  These tools help ensure they are aware of preferences and concerns.

Base tours
The 90th Missile Wing Public Affairs Office and Warren ICBM & Heritage Museum hosts monthly tours of the base for the general public. The tours are the last Thursday of each month from May to October. The tours begin at 1 p.m. at the main base gate where a bus/van will meet guests. August resiliency classes
The 90th Medical Group mental health is offering the following resiliency classes during the month of August:
-Anger Management - four-class training held Aug 1, 15, 22 and 29 from 2 to 4 p.m.
-Love and Logic Parenting Training - four-week training offered Mondays starting Aug. 4 and ending Aug. 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Balfour Beatty Life Works House. For more information or to RSVP, call Beckah McClure at 314-5000.
-Stress Management and Building Resiliency Seminar - Aug. 5 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and Aug. 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. -New Father's Seminar Aug 6 from 2 to 4 p.m.
-PREP Relationship Training - four-week training offered Fridays beginning Aug 7 and ending Aug. 28 from 1 to 3 p.m.
-Anger Awareness Seminar - Aug. 12 from 1 to 3 p.m.
-Sleep Clinic - offered every other Friday from 1 to 2 p.m.
