F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. – -- Lt. Col. Charles Ogonowski relinquished command of the 90th Contracting Squadron to Maj. Patrick Enslen in a change of command ceremony at the Trail’s End Event Center, June 4, 2024 on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.
Enslen served as the director of staff at the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, Operating Location, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, prior to taking command of 90 CONS. Ogonowski will be moving on to the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, where he will serve in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Contracting).
A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal change of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
