The Knowledge Management Office is the team in charge of delivering informational awareness, training, and execution of protected information programs such as the privacy act, base records management, publications, task management tool, and the freedom of information act. Their job is to ensure that personnel across the wing are following the proper management procedures and are certified for their roles.

The Knowledge Ops team is comprised of only three members, responsible for overseeing the correct management of wing level information. While they operate as part of the WSA, they must coordinate with the entire wing on maintaining proper organization and documentation for all teams.

Knowledge Ops reports directly to the director of staff, and serve as his command staff. All materials and training regarding information management must go through them. Their role is pivotal in the proper dissemination of materials across the wing.
