F.E WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. – -- Lt. Col Deborah Willis relinquished command of the 90th Healthcare Operations Squadron to Lt. Col. Karla Dennard, in a change of command ceremony at the Trail’s End Event Center on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, June 30, 2023.
Dennard is joining the 90 HCOS team from her previous position as the 45th Medical Group chief nurse at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
Willis will be departing the Mighty Ninety to begin an aerospace evacuation strategic planning fellowship at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal change of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
