F.E WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. – -- Lt. Col. Troy Novak relinquished command of the 90th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron to Lt. Col. Donella Beaulieu in a change of command ceremony at the Trail’s End Event Center on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, June 30, 2023.
Beaulieu is coming from a position at the Defense Health Agency in Virginia.
Novak will be heading to Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany for his next position as the deputy chief, Medical Support Division of the Office of the Command Surgeon, U.S Air Forces in Europe – U.S. Air Forces Africa.
A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal change of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
