F.E WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. – -- Lt. Col. Douglas Carmean relinquished command of the 90th Operations Support Squadron to Lt. Col. John Graves, in a change of command ceremony at the Trail’s End Event Center on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, June 21, 2023.
Graves is coming to the 90 OSS from the 321st Missile Squadron on F.E. Warren AFB, where he acted as the director of operations.
Carmean is leaving the Mighty Ninety to serve as a joint staff operations officer in the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia.
A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal change of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
