The 90th Maintenance Group dedicated a conference room during a ceremony in the Maintenance High Bay on F.E. Warren Air Force Base in honor of retired Col. Brian Rico’s service April 26, 2023.

Rico was recognized with the honor for his service as the 90 MXG commander from May 2018 to June 2021.

The dedication of the conference room solidifies Rico’s legacy in the maintenance group as he exemplified a career-long commitment to mission accomplishment, unwavering devotion to the people, and a clear vision for the future of our nation’s nuclear security, according to Col. Michael Power, 90 MXG commander.

Power presided over the ceremony as the group honored Rico’s three years of service to the maintenance group as commander and 25 years of service to the United States Air Force.

“During his three years as the 90th Maintenance Group commander and throughout his decades of service, Colonel Brian Rico made a tremendous impact on the nuclear enterprise and the Airmen tasked with the critically important ICBM maintenance mission,” said Power. “Today we honor his service with the dedication of this conference room.”

Immediately following the ceremony, Rico, accompanied by his family and friends, placed a plaque on the wall outside the conference room.
