F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. -- Throughout the eight week period, the Warren Health and Wellness Center offered classes to teach participants how to start and continue healthy lifestyle choices:

March 28 - Hydration for fitness
March 21 - Shelf talkers
April 16 - Meal planning
April 23 - Strength training
The Warren Freedom Hall Fitness Center also offered circuit-training classes twice per week during that time period.
