Warren's Biggest Loser contest slimming success

Throughout the eight week period, the Warren Health and Wellness Center offered classes to teach participants how to start and continue healthy lifestyle choices: 

March 13 - Emotional eating
March 28 - Hydration for fitness
March 21 - Shelf talkers
April 16 - Meal planning
April 23 - Strength training

The Warren Freedom Hall Fitness Center also offered circuit-training classes twice per week during that time period.

Top four males

Wendell Bandy, 90th Force Support Squadron - 31.8 pounds
Ron Gabehart, 90th FSS - 20.6 pounds
Bryan Riddell, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron - 19.1 pounds
Alan Martin, 90th CES - 18.5 pounds

Top four females

Rosalie Kelsey, 90th FSS - 33.1 pounds
Sharon Edwards, 90th FSS - 32.8 pounds
Lisa McCain - 21 pounds
Jamie Williamson, 90th Medical Support Squadron - 16.5 pounds

Top four teams

Team Rhinos - 65.8 pounds
Bubble Butt Brigade - 58.7 pounds
The Losers - 46.8 pounds
Team Crisco - 46 pounds

The Biggest Losers as a whole lost a combined weight of 582.3 pounds.
