The Mighty Ninety hosted a Noncommissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Seminar at F.E. Warren Air Force Base from Jan. 24-26, 2023.

NCOPES is designed for NCOs who have attended Airmen Leadership School but have not attended NCO Academy. However, the 3-day seminar is open to all interested NCOs.

“This three-day seminar is designed to augment and reinforce information
taught in basic military training, tech school, ancillary training, PME and job experience,” said Master Sgt. Josh Taylor, 90th Force Support Squadron, career assistance advisor. “The seminar focuses on enlisted development, mentoring, team building, and other developmental supervisory skills.”

The course is designed to reinstate the charge taken as an NCO while fostering an environment of networking and collaboration between new members of the NCO tier. The Warren Professional Enhancement Center offers the NCOPES on a quarterly basis.

For more information about the course or to sign up, contact the enhancement center at (307) 773-6668.
