Lt. Col. Troy Novak assumed command of the 90th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron during a change of command ceremony 1 July, 2021, at Trails End, on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

Prior to his current position, Novak was Deputy Group Commander and Administrator at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.

Lt. Col. Erin Knightner, outgoing 90 OMRS commander, will serve as Medical Surgical Master Clinician, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

90 OMRS specializes in operational medicine and providing care to active duty military personnel while 90 Healthcare Operations Squadron focuses on providing medical care to dependents and retirees.
