F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. --

Members of the 90th Force Support Squadron unveiled the Gamer Capsule June 5th, 2021 at Fall Hall on F.E. Warren Air Force Base.

“The Gamer Capsule is a place for Airmen, NCOs, Officers, dependents or just anyone in general to come over and play some games and network with each other,” said Tech. Sgt. Nathaniel Mills, NCOIC for the First Term Airmen Course (FTAC). “This is also a good chance for anyone to try out some of the newer consoles that have a much more limited availability.”

The Gamer Capsule will be open to Airmen hosting events and holding tournaments.

“We want everyone to know that the gamer capsule isn’t just for me or one person to run events,” said Mills. “ We want our Airmen to be able to host events.”

With an ever-changing Air Force, the needs and wants of Airmen change with it.

“The approach to provide diversions for Airmen to help improve morale is constantly evolving and the Gaming Capsule epitomizes the changing environment and the need to be flexible,” said Luke Survis, Community Services Flight Chief. “We strive to meet the needs of our Airmen and we hope The Gaming Capsule does just that.”

Above all else, the Gamer Capsule will be a place for people to get together and have fun.

“Anyone who would like to push a tournament or an event just needs to reach out,” said Mills. “The biggest thing is we want everyone to be able to have fun.”
