Major Claus Fasting assumed command of the 90th Maintenance Missile Squadron during a change of command ceremony May 25, 2021, in the Maintenance High Bay on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

Prior to his current position, Fasting was the 90th Munitions Squadron commander here at F.E. Warren Air Force Base.

Lt. Col. Christine Hernandez, outgoing 90 MMXS commander, will maintain her position as deputy group commander at the 90th Maintenance Group here at F.E. Warren Air Force Base.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
