Lieutenant Colonel Eric Buss assumed command of the 321st Missile Squadron during a change of command ceremony May 21, 2021, at the Trails End on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

Prior to his current position, Buss was the Director of Operations for the 740th Missile Squadron at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.

Lt. Col. Amy Grant, outgoing 321 MS commander, will take command of the ROTC detachment at Bowling Green University in Ohio.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
