F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. --

Maj. Richard Zeigler took command of the 90th Security Forces Squadron during a change-of-command here in the Peacekeeper High Bay July 7, 2016.

Lt. Col. Amy Rivera, outgoing commander, will continue her Air Force career in Washington, D.C.

A change-of-command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
